She began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she progressed to Client Service Manager, gaining expertise in 401(k) operations. Later, as a Senior Retirement Analyst at NRG, Dara managed 401(k), defined benefit, and non-qualified plans, overseeing vendor relationships and collaborating with payroll and labor relations. Prior to joining Cadence Financial Management, she managed 401(k) and non-qualified plans at American Water, streamlining operations and leading employee education initiatives to enhance retirement plan participation.
