He has worked with governmental, tax-exempt, and for-profit organizations across the country, bringing a broad and strategic perspective to plan design and fiduciary governance. As a Retirement Plan Consultant at Cadence, Joe partners with plan sponsors and their committees to support all aspects of plan oversight, including fiduciary process support, vendor coordination, and participant engagement. Joe holds the QPFC (Qualified Plan Financial Consultant) designation, earned his MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Originally from South Jersey, he now lives in Central Florida with his teenage children and continues to support plan sponsors and participants nationwide.
